Where to find them

  1. Go to Settings, Billing.
  2. Open your payment history. This takes you to our secure payment portal.
  3. View or download any invoice or receipt from your full payment history.

What you will find

  • A list of all your past payments with dates and amounts
  • A downloadable receipt or invoice for each one
  • Your current plan and billing period

Important Note

  • Need an invoice with specific business details on it? Update your billing information in the payment portal and future invoices will reflect it.
  • Old invoices keep the billing details that were active at the time of payment, they are not retroactively changed.

  1. How far back do my invoices go?
    Every payment since signup is on file, available any time.
  2. Can I get a VAT or tax compliant invoice?
    Yes, add your business name and tax ID in the payment portal and future invoices reflect it.
  3. What if a charge looks wrong?
    Open a support ticket from the help center with the invoice number and we will investigate within your plan SLA.
