- Impressions, total times a post was shown (one viewer can count multiple times).

- Hashtag performance, average reach and engagement rate per hashtag across your published posts.
- Top performing posts, your six highest reach posts in the period with direct links to view them on Facebook or Instagram.
Filters
Period
Pick 7, 28, or 90 days at the top of the dashboard. Everything below recalculates instantly. Pro plans can also reach back 180 days for longer trend reading.
Platform
Switch between All, Facebook, and Instagram. Posts that ran on both platforms count in each view.
How the hashtag ranking works
- Each time a post publishes, the system grabs its reach and engagement from Meta.
- Hashtags get scored on average performance across their published posts.
- The planner prioritises your strongest hashtags first when building new captions, mixing in fresh ones so the data keeps learning.
See Smart hashtags for the full breakdown.
Troubleshooting common issues
If a number looks wrong or missing, work through these checks first:
- Missing data on a brand new post: Meta can take an hour or two to populate insights. Give it a couple of hours, then refresh.
- Post older than 24 hours and still empty: check that your Facebook page or Instagram account is still connected in Brand Kit.
- Numbers do not match the Instagram app: the app sometimes lags by a few hours; the dashboard pulls the same source every 30 minutes.
- Engagement looks zero: private accounts and accounts without a Professional/Business account type return limited insights. Confirm your IG account is set to Business or Creator.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How far back can I look?
Starter sees 28 days, Growth sees 90 days, Pro sees 180 days. - Why is reach lower than impressions?
Reach counts unique accounts. Impressions count every view, so one person seeing a post twice counts as two impressions. - Do I need to manually refresh?
No. Data refreshes every 30 minutes automatically.
