Important Note

  • Reports are emailed to the owner email on the 1st of the month.
  • Historical reports keep their original depth, even if you change plans later.
  • Reports cover the previous calendar month, not a rolling 30 day window.

Where to find past reports

  1. Open Reports in your portal.
  2. Use the month picker to browse the last 12 months.
  3. Tap any report card to view it inline or download a PDF copy.

How the AI recommendations work (Pro)

Pro reports look at which formats, energies, and content pillars drove the most engagement for your audience that month, then suggest where to lean next month. These suggestions also feed back into the weekly content planner automatically, so your next batch acts on them without you lifting a finger.

  1. I am on Starter. Can I still get a monthly summary?
    Not as an email report, but the live dashboard in your portal shows the same numbers any time.
  2. Can I share the report with my team?
    Yes. Download the PDF and share, or add a teammate to your account from Settings, Team.
  3. What if a report did not arrive?
    Check spam first, then confirm your owner email in Settings, Profile. Past reports are always available in the Reports page even if the email did not land.
