How to update your card

  1. Go to Settings, Billing.
  2. Choose to update your payment method. This opens our secure payment portal.
  3. Enter your new card details and save.

If a payment failed

When a payment does not go through, you see a notice in Settings, Billing asking you to update your payment method. Add a working card there to keep your account active and your posts publishing.

Common reasons a card is declined

  • The card expired or the details were entered incorrectly
  • Insufficient funds at the time of the charge
  • Your bank flagged the payment, contact them to approve it

Important Note

  • If a failed payment is not resolved, your account can be paused and your scheduled posts will stop publishing. Updating your card promptly keeps everything running.
  • We retry failed payments automatically over the following days, so a brief decline does not always pause your account.
