If a payment failed
When a payment does not go through, you see a notice in Settings, Billing asking you to update your payment method. Add a working card there to keep your account active and your posts publishing.
Common reasons a card is declined
- The card expired or the details were entered incorrectly
- Insufficient funds at the time of the charge
- Your bank flagged the payment, contact them to approve it
Important Note
