How to connect
- Go to Settings, Connections.
- Find the Google Reviews option and add your business so we can locate your Google listing.
- Once connected, we begin pulling in your five star reviews and turning them into posts.
How it works
Each week, PostaiLit checks for new five star reviews and turns suitable ones into branded posts that match your style. Like all your content, these appear in your review queue first, so nothing publishes without your approval.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect Google Reviews any time from Settings, Connections. We stop pulling in new reviews from that point.
Important Note
- Google Reviews to posts is available on the Growth and Pro plans only. On Starter you will not see this option.
- Only five star reviews are turned into posts. Lower star reviews are not used.

- Do reviewer names appear on the post?
Yes, the reviewer first name and rating appear, and you can edit the caption before approval. - How fast does a new review become a post?
New five star reviews are picked up on the weekly batch, so within a few days of the review going live. - Can I block specific reviews from being used?
Yes. Decline or delete a review post in your queue and we will not regenerate it.
