To make signing in painless, you can log in to PostaiLit two ways: with your password, or with a magic link sent to your email. Magic link is the fastest option, especially on mobile.

How to request a magic link
- Go to business.postailit.com/login.
- Tap the Magic link tab.
- Enter the email on your account.
- Tap Send link.
- Open your email and tap the button. You are logged in.
How long the link lasts
Each magic link is good for 1 hour and can only be used once. Tapping it after that takes you back to the login page where you can request a new one.
Magic link with 2FA on
Magic link replaces the password step, not your second factor. You will still be asked for your authenticator code after tapping the link.
Troubleshooting common issues
If the link is not arriving or not working, work through these checks:
- Email not arriving: check spam and promotions folders. Add support@postailit.com to your contacts.
- Link expired: request a new one. Links expire after 1 hour or one use, whichever comes first.
- Wrong email entered: magic links only work if the email matches an account on file. Use the email your account was created with.
- Opening on a different device: open the email on the device you want to be logged in on, otherwise the link will sign in the device that opened it.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is magic link as secure as a password?
Yes, often more so. The link is single use and short lived, and anyone trying to use your email also needs access to your inbox. - Can I disable magic link?
You can still log in with password any time. There is no separate toggle for magic link, but only the email owner can trigger it. - What if I get a magic link I did not request?
Ignore it. Someone typed your email by mistake, but they cannot log in unless they also have access to your inbox.
