By default, every post goes through two sign offs: admin first, then you. Once you trust the output, you can shave a step off and let admin approved posts skip your review and head straight to the publish queue.

How to turn it on

  1. Open Settings, Notifications.
  2. Toggle Skip client review on.
  3. Save.

The change applies to all future posts. Posts already sitting in your review queue stay there until you act on them.

When this makes sense

  • Busy week: you do not have time to review every post and would rather just see what went out.
  • Established trust: a few months in, admin reviews are catching the same things you would catch, so the extra step is friction without value.
  • Multiple sign offs feel like overkill: especially common on Starter accounts where the volume is low and the brand is dialled in.

What you still get

  • If you have Scheduled digest on, you still get the weekly recap email when next week's batch lands.
  • You can still open any post and edit it (caption, image, schedule) up until its publish time.
  • You can still delete or reschedule any post before it publishes.

What if I miss something?

You can turn the toggle off again any time. Posts already in the publish queue stay queued, but new posts will resume landing in your review queue.

Important Note

Frequently Asked Questions

  2. Does this affect Quick Posts?
Quick Posts already skip admin review. The toggle is about regular weekly batch posts.
  3. Can I turn it on for a single week?
Yes. Toggle it on for a busy week, then toggle it off when you have time again.
