To make sure the right people have the right level of access, we offer three team roles: Owner, Member, and Reviewer. Each role grants a different level of access, and you can invite teammates from Settings, Team.

Owner

Full control. Owners can do everything in the account, including billing, team changes, and account deletion. Most accounts have one owner. Growth and Pro plans support multiple owners.

  • View and approve posts.
  • Edit Brand Kit, products, and pillars.
  • Manage billing, change plans, view invoices.
  • Invite or remove team members.
  • Cancel or pause the account.

Member

Can run the social side of the business but cannot touch billing or team. A great fit for marketing managers or social media coordinators.

  • Edit Brand Kit, products, and pillars.
  • Reschedule posts.
  • Cannot see billing or invoices.
  • Cannot invite or remove team members.
  • Cannot delete posts.

Reviewer

Read mostly, with approve or reject rights on posts. A great fit for a client approver or external partner who only needs to sign off on content.

  • View posts, calendar, and support.
  • Approve, reject, edit captions, request regenerations.
  • Cannot reschedule posts or fully edit them.
  • Cannot touch Brand Kit, billing, or team.

Seat limits by plan

  • Starter, 1 seat total (the owner).
  • Growth, up to 3 seats.
  • Pro, up to 5 seats.

How to invite a teammate

  1. Open Settings, Team.
  2. Tap Invite.
  3. Enter their name, email, and role.
  4. Send. They will receive an email with a link to set their password and join the account.

Important Note

  • Invites expire after 7 days. Send a fresh invite if your teammate misses the window.
  • You can change a teammate's role at any time from Settings, Team.
  • Removing a teammate revokes access immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can a reviewer see analytics?
    Reviewers see post performance on the posts they reviewed but not the full analytics dashboard.
  2. Do team seats include me?
    Yes. The owner counts as one seat.
  3. What if I need more seats than my plan allows?
    Upgrade your plan, or reach out and we will talk through your team setup.
