PostaiLit accounts support multiple team members so you do not have to share your password. Each person logs in with their own email and password, and you control what they can do.

Who you might invite

  • A business partner who co owns the business and should have full access (billing, team, everything)
  • A manager or marketing assistant who handles content but should not see billing
  • A reviewer (a director, head office, or franchise contact) who only approves or rejects what we generate

How to invite someone

  1. Go to Settings, Team in your dashboard.
  2. Fill in their name, email, and pick a role (see Roles explained for what each role can do).
  3. Tap Send invite.
  4. They get an email with a link. They tap it, set a password, and they are in.

Removing or changing access

From the same Team tab, owners can change someone role, remove them, or resend the invitation if it expired (invitations expire after 7 days).

If you hit your seat limit, upgrade your plan from Settings, Billing to add more team members.

Important Note

  • Pending invitations count against your seat limit, so they reserve a seat until accepted or expired.
  • If you downgrade to a plan with fewer seats than you have members, your account stays accessible but new invites are blocked until you fit the new limit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do team members need their own Facebook login?
    No, they use only PostaiLit. The Facebook connection is account wide.
  2. Can a member see billing?
    Only owners see billing. Members and reviewers do not.
  3. How do I remove someone?
    Settings, Team, tap remove on their row. The change is immediate.
