Owner

Full access to everything. Use this for yourself, a co founder, or a business partner.

  • Manage billing and change plans
  • Invite and remove team members
  • Edit the brand kit, products, and promotions
  • Review and approve posts
  • See analytics and reports
  • Connect and disconnect Facebook or Instagram accounts

Member

Manages content. Cannot touch billing or the team. Good for a marketing manager or content assistant.

Reviewer

Approves or rejects posts. That is it. Use this for a head office contact, director, or franchise reviewer who should sign off on content without touching anything else.

  • Cannot see billing or analytics
  • Cannot invite or remove other team members

Changing roles

From Settings, Team, owners can change any team member role from a dropdown. The change is immediate, no email required.

Important Note

  • You cannot remove or demote the last owner. Promote someone else to owner first, then leave the account.
  • Billing notifications go to every owner. If there are two owners, both get the receipts.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can a reviewer regenerate posts?
    Reviewers can edit captions and request changes, which uses one regeneration from your account allowance.
  2. Do members get billing emails?
    No, billing emails go to owners only.
  3. Can I have multiple owners?
