To make the most of your weekly batch, it helps to know how much content you receive on each plan and how the planner spreads it across the week. Frequency is not something you change directly: it is built into the plan you are on.

How posting times are picked

You do not have to pick a posting time. The system schedules every post automatically.

  1. For brand new accounts, posts go out at sensible defaults (mornings and evenings).
  2. Once you have 10 or more published posts with analytics, our planner AI starts using your real engagement history to schedule new posts at your peak hours per day of week.
  3. Want a different time on a specific post? Open the post and adjust the schedule manually. Your override is logged and the planner will not double up on that day.

Why your weekly batch feels varied

The planner enforces a simple rule so your week does not feel repetitive: each content pillar appears at most once per Instagram surface per week.

For variety purposes, surfaces are grouped this way:

  • IG main feed, feed posts, reels, and carousels are grouped together (they all show on the Instagram feed timeline).
  • IG stories, stories are their own surface.

A pillar used in a feed post that week will not be reused for a reel or carousel that same week. It can still appear in a story the same week, because stories are a separate surface. That is how a Pro batch with 7 feed + 3 reels + 2 carousels feels like 12 distinct topics, not the same 3 pillars on rotation.

Story regeneration always switches pillars

When you regenerate a story, the system deliberately picks a different pillar than the original. Stories are punchy and topic driven, so giving you the same pillar twice would feel like the same story. A different pillar means a genuinely different topic.

How to change plans

  1. Open Settings, Billing.
  2. Pick a different tier.
  3. Confirm. The new volume kicks in on the next batch generation, not the current one.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I post more than my plan allows?
Use Quick Posts to push extra content out beyond your weekly allocation, or upgrade your plan for more weekly slots.
  2. Why are two of my posts on the same day?
Because two different pillars chose the same best hour. Move one in the calendar if you prefer them spread out.
  3. Does the schedule change if I travel?
All times shown in your portal are in your business time zone, set in Brand Kit. Travel does not shift them.
