Quick Posts opens with a mode picker. Same monthly quota, four very different ways to use it.
1. Let AI create everything
The original Quick Post flow. You write a brief, optionally drop in up to 3 reference photos, optionally attach a pillar, pick a text-on-image style, and we generate the whole post for you — image and caption, fully on-brand.
Pick this when:
- You want a polished, designed post but don't have a photo.
- You want PostaiLit to handle the image work — composition, branding, text overlay, logo placement, the lot.
2. My image, untouched
Upload a photo you already have. We don't touch the image. Same file, same crop, same colours, no logo overlay, no text added. It posts exactly as you uploaded it. We only generate the caption.
Pick this when:
- You took a great photo and want to share it as-is.
- Your photographer or supplier sent you a finished asset.
- You already have an event shot, a behind-the-scenes moment, or a finished testimonial graphic.
3. My image + add my logo
Upload your photo. We keep the rest of the image exactly as you uploaded it, but stamp your logo on it. We pick the right logo variant for you automatically — the white logo on darker / moody brand styles, the dark logo on lighter / clean styles — and place it in the same rotated corners we use for your weekly content (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right).
Pick this when:
- You love the photo but want some brand presence on it.
- You're sharing user-generated or supplier photos and want them branded as yours.
- You want the photo to feel consistent with your AI-generated weekly posts (which always have your logo).
4. My image, restyled in my brand
Upload your photo and AI re-renders it in your brand's typography, colour palette, lighting, and aesthetic. The subject of the photo stays recognisable — your shop, your product, your face — but the styling becomes fully on-brand.
Pick this when:
- The photo is the right subject but the styling is off-brand (wrong lighting, wrong colours, wrong vibe).
- You have a phone snap of something you want polished into the brand look.
- You want consistency between your real photos and your AI-designed weekly posts.
This mode takes 30-60 seconds because it's running a full image-generation pass with your photo as the reference. It costs the same one Quick Post slot as the other modes.
What brand kit applies in each mode?
| What we apply | Generate | Untouched | + Logo | Restyled |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tone of voice (caption) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Hashtags + emoji prefs | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Primary language | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Business name, audience, exclusions | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Logo overlay + zone rotation | Yes | No | Yes | Yes |
| Light/dark logo variant by style | Yes | No | Yes | Yes |
| Feed aesthetic + photography style | Yes | No | No | Yes |
| Brand colours + typography | Yes | No | No | Yes |
| Text-on-image + designed overlays | Yes | No | No | No |
Captions are always on-brand. The difference between the four modes is how much we touch the picture.
The pillar selector works in all four modes
If you attach a Theme pillar to any upload mode, we use that pillar's topic and description as the caption seed. If you attach a Product pillar or leave it blank, we run AI vision over your photo (Claude looks at what's in it, combined with your brief and brand context) and write the caption from there.
Quota and publishing
All four modes count against the same monthly Quick Post quota — Starter 2, Growth 5, Pro 15. The quota resets on the 1st. Every mode skips admin review (Quick Posts are trusted client-driven content) and queues through the normal publisher cron, so they go live within ~30 minutes of "Post now" or at your scheduled time.
