We create five distinct content types for you, and each one plays a different role in your feed. Knowing what they do helps you read your weekly batch with confidence and request the right thing when something needs to change.

Feed posts
The main square or vertical post that lands in your followers' feed. Each one ships with a brand designed image plus a caption tuned for Instagram (visual, hashtag heavy) and a more conversational version for Facebook. The default ratio is 4:5 portrait, which performs best on Instagram.
Stories
9:16 vertical posts that disappear after 24 hours. Stories can include a tappable link sticker on Instagram so viewers tap straight through to your booking page, shop, or contact form.
Reels
Short vertical videos available on Growth and Pro. Both plans currently ship reels up to 15 seconds.
- Growth, 1 reel per week.
- Pro, 3 reels per week.
The reel engine picks the right format automatically based on what assets you have. Brand photos plus a logo means lifestyle reels. A team headshot means talking head style reels.
Carousels
Single Instagram posts containing 3 to 7 swipeable slides. Great for list style content ("5 reasons to book a deep tissue this winter"), step by step tutorials, or before/after transformations. Growth gets 1 per week, Pro gets 2.
Quick Posts
Your own photo, branded by us. Upload a quick photo of something happening at your business and the system either stamps your logo on it or regenerates a brand styled version using your photo as reference. Starter gets 2 per month, Growth gets 5, Pro gets 15.
How variety works across the week
The planner is built to spread your pillars across the week so the same topic does not stack up. The rule it follows: each pillar appears at most once per Instagram surface per week.
- IG main feed, feed posts, reels, and carousels are bundled together, since they all live on the Instagram feed timeline.
- IG stories, stories are a separate surface.
So if your "Customer wins" pillar drove this week's reel, the planner will not reach for it again for a feed post or carousel that same week. It can still show up in a story that week, because stories are a different surface.
Important Note
- When you regenerate a story, the system always switches to a different pillar than the original. That way a regeneration gives you a genuinely different topic, not a repackage of the same one.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I swap a reel for a feed post?
Not directly. Each post type uses different production paths. Skipping a reel does not earn you an extra feed post. - Do stories show hashtags?
Hashtags are written into the caption for searchability, but they do not display publicly on stories. - What if my plan does not include reels?
Upgrade to Growth (1 reel per week) or Pro (3 reels per week) to add video to your mix.
