Step 1, complete onboarding

Onboarding is a guided wizard. The most powerful early step is the website scan, pop in your website URL and we read your site to pre fill your brand details, so you are editing rather than writing from scratch.

  1. Business basics. Name, industry, tagline, location, and short description. You also pick whether your website address and logo appear on images.
  2. Your brand. Audience, tone of voice, things to never show or mention, caption length, emoji and hashtag preferences, and content languages.
  3. Visual style. Pick the look that matches your brand.
  4. Content pillars. Our planner AI suggests starter topics. Edit them, add your own, and upload reference photos for each.
  5. Connect accounts. Link the Facebook Page and Instagram you want us to post to. You can do this later if you prefer.

Step 2, connect your social accounts

Open Settings, Connections (or use Step 5 of onboarding). Choose Facebook + Instagram to connect both at once, or Instagram only if you do not have a Facebook Page. This is what lets us publish on your behalf.

Step 3, submit for review

On the final onboarding step you review your setup and submit. Our team takes a quick look at your brand kit before your account goes live. You can also book a free 30 minute setup call if you would like a second set of eyes.

Step 4, review your first posts

Your first batch is generated after your account goes live, and you get an email the moment it is ready. Open My Posts to approve, edit captions, or request changes.

Step 5, you are live

Approved posts publish automatically at their scheduled times throughout the week. You can edit captions or reschedule any time before a post goes live.

  • The more complete your brand kit, the stronger your content. Five extra minutes on audience, tone, and pillars pays off every single week.
  • Plan limits set how many feed posts, stories, reels, and carousels you get per week. Starter 3 feed posts, Growth 5, Pro 7. Stories run Starter 2, Growth 5, Pro 7.

  1. Do I have to finish onboarding in one sitting?
    No. We save your progress, so you can step away and come back to the same place.
  2. What if I do not have a website?
    Skip the scan and fill in your brand details by hand. Every scanned field is editable anyway.
  3. When will my first posts arrive?
    Your first batch is generated after your account is approved, typically within a few days. We email you as soon as they are ready.
