Your brand kit is where you tell PostaiLit who you are, who you talk to, and what you sell. The AI uses it every single time it creates content, so a thoughtful brand kit means stronger, more on brand posts every week. Open it from Brand Kit any time.

Business basics
Business name, industry, tagline, location, and description. Write your business name exactly how you want it to appear in posts. Location matters because the holiday calendar recommends region appropriate holidays from it.
Brand colours and assets
Add your brand colours and upload your logo versions, a light or white version, a dark version, and an icon if you have one. The AI selects the right logo for each image automatically. You can also upload a brand guide (your fonts, colours, and usage rules) and our content engine will use it for every generation.
Brand and audience
Describe your target audience in detail, who they are, where they are, and what they care about. Set your tone of voice and add tone notes. Use the exclusions field to list anything the AI should never show or mention.
Caption, hashtag, and content preferences
Set caption length, emoji preference, hashtag preference, feed aesthetic, background style, and reference brands. These shape how every post looks and reads. Your hashtag list lives here too, and our system tracks which of your hashtags drive the most reach, then prioritises your top performers automatically.
Default call to action
Set a default link and label (for example, your booking page with "Book now", or your shop with "Shop now"). This becomes the link sticker on every Instagram story automatically. You can override the link or label on any individual story later.
Holiday calendar
Opt your business into the holidays that match your region and industry. You see two sections, Recommended for you and Other holidays. Toggle on the ones you want, and about a week before each enabled holiday, PostaiLit creates a themed post that fits your brand.
Content languages
Choose the languages your posts are generated in. Posts alternate between your selected languages each week. Starter is 1 language, Growth is up to 2, Pro is up to 3.
Products and services
Add your main offerings with photos. Toggle Feature on a product to get a dedicated post about it created each week. Starter can feature 1 product, Growth 3, Pro 5. On a product post, the AI keeps your product looking exactly as it does in your photo and places it into a new styled scene.
Brand and reference photos
You are not limited to AI generated scenes. Upload real photos that represent your brand, your products, your space, your team, and lifestyle shots that capture your aesthetic. The AI uses these as visual reference for mood, lighting, colour, and materials, then creates fresh scenes that match your real world.
Content pillars
Your recurring content themes. The AI rotates through them to keep your feed varied. Starter holds up to 5 pillars, Growth up to 8, Pro up to 12. Add a clear description and reference photos to each for the best results.
Important Note
- Do not leave your content pillars empty. Without them the AI has no topics to work from, and post quality will suffer.
- Brand kit changes apply on your next weekly batch. Posts already scheduled are not affected.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I change my brand kit after my first batch?
Yes. Edit anything any time, and your next batch reflects the change. - How many pillars should I add?
Use the full allowance for your plan. More pillars means more variety in your feed. - What if I do not have a brand guide?
That is fine. Brand colours, logo, and visual style alone are enough to keep your posts on brand.
