If your generated images do not feel on brand, the fix is almost always in your brand kit. Our image AI builds every visual from what you have given it, so better inputs produce better images.

Check your brand colours and logo
Make sure your brand colours are set correctly and that you have uploaded clean logo files. The AI uses these directly in the images.
Refine your visual style
Your visual style sets the overall look. If images feel off, try a different style in Brand Kit, Visual style. Changes apply to future content, already scheduled posts are not affected.
Add your own photos
You do not have to rely on fully AI generated scenes. Upload real photos to your content pillars and products, plus brand lifestyle photos that show your actual space, products, and aesthetic. Uploading real photos is the single biggest lever on image quality.
Use the exclusions field
List anything the AI should never show in Brand Kit, Your brand, specific backgrounds, props, or styles you want to avoid.
Carousels, visual consistency across slides
Carousel posts share one creative direction across every slide. The AI uses your brand kit, your chosen creative format, and the first slide as a reference so the series feels like one set. If a carousel looks visually inconsistent, use Regenerate on the post to refresh the whole set rather than editing one slide at a time.
Tune individual posts
For a single post that misses, use Request changes and describe exactly what to fix, or New image for a fresh attempt. These use one regeneration each (Starter 3, Growth 5, Pro unlimited per month).
Quick Posts, when you want full control
If brand matching is critical for a specific moment, use a Quick Post and upload your own photo. You can post it as is (no AI involvement on the image), add your logo and text overlay on top, or have the AI rebrand it.
| Plan | Quick Posts per month |
|---|---|
| Starter | 2 |
| Growth | 5 |
| Pro | 15 |
Important Note
- After updating your brand kit, improvements show up in your next weekly batch. For posts already generated, use Request changes or New image.
- If you keep seeing the same off brand quirk, add it to your exclusions list so it stops appearing.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why do my images look generic?
Most often, the brand kit is too thin. Upload real photos, set tone, audience, and exclusions, then watch quality jump. - Can I see the prompt the AI used?
Admins can review the format and pillar used in the post detail, the underlying prompt is internal. - Does Quick Post count against my image AI quality?
No, Quick Post lets you bypass image generation entirely if you upload your own.
