Managing your email notifications

PostaiLit sends emails to keep you in the loop. You control which ones you receive from Settings, Notifications.

Notification	What it does
Weekly post review	Tells you your new feed posts, stories, reels, and carousels are ready to review, sent each week after generation
Post published	Confirms each time something goes live on your accounts, a regular post, story, reel, carousel, or Quick Post
Auto approval notice	Tells you when posts were auto approved because they were not reviewed in time
Scheduled daily digest	One daily email summarising what is scheduled to publish that day instead of per post emails

Notification	What it does
Monthly performance report	Your monthly summary of reach, engagement, hashtag performance, and follower growth
Promotional offers	Loyalty rewards, win back offers, and special discounts

Payment confirmations and payment failed alerts are always on, because they cover important account and billing activity you need to know about.

If you do not review your posts in time they auto approve so your feed stays consistent. Keep the weekly review reminder on so you always get the chance to review first.
If your inbox is busy, switch to the Scheduled daily digest, one summary email instead of per post alerts.

Can I turn off the weekly reminder?
You can, but we strongly recommend keeping it on so you do not miss the review window.
Do team members get the same emails?
Each team member has their own notification preferences in Settings, Notifications.
Will I get a per post email and the digest?
No, picking the digest turns off the per post emails.
