Every week after your posts are generated, you get an email with a link to review them. The whole flow is designed to be quick, you can sweep through a batch in a few minutes. Open it any time from My Posts.

Post statuses at a glance
| Status | What it means |

Post types you might see
Posts are colour coded by type so you can scan a batch quickly:
- Feed (purple), standard square posts
- Story (blue), vertical posts that disappear in 24 hours
- Reel (green), short vertical videos
- Carousel (pink), swipeable multi slide posts
- Quick Post (teal), your own uploads
- Review (gold), auto posts generated from your Google Reviews
Approving posts
- Open My Posts from your portal navigation.
- Tap Approve on any post to schedule it.
- To approve everything at once, use the Approve all button at the top of the page.
Editing a post
Open a post and tap Edit. In edit mode you can:
- Change the Instagram caption and Facebook caption separately.
- Adjust the scheduled date and time.
- For stories, change the link sticker URL and label.
Save changes when you are done. Editing is available while a post is pending or scheduled, but not after it has published.
The buttons on a post

Regeneration allowance
Each Request changes, New image, or Regenerate uses one regeneration from your monthly allowance. Editing captions or the date does not count.

Auto approval
If you do not review a post within 24 hours, it auto approves and schedules so your feed stays consistent. You get a reminder email before that happens.
After a post publishes
Once a post is live, the post detail shows a link to view it on Facebook or Instagram. Stories disappear from Instagram and Facebook after 24 hours, so the link to a published story stops working once it expires, which is normal.
Important Note
- Instagram and Facebook captions are separate. You can tailor each one to the platform, shorter and punchier for Instagram, more detail for Facebook.
- Once a post publishes, changes must be made directly on Facebook or Instagram.

- What if I miss a post in my queue?
Auto approval kicks in at 24 hours so your feed stays consistent. You still get the email reminder. - Can I bulk approve everything at once?
Yes, use Approve all at the top of My Posts. - Do edits use a regeneration?
