Updating your profile

Edit your name and contact details and save. These are used for your account and communications, not for your social content, that comes from your brand kit.

Changing your password

  1. Go to Settings, Account.
  2. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
  3. Save. Your new password takes effect immediately.

Password requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters. Choose something strong that you do not use on other sites.

Important Note

  • For extra protection, turn on two factor authentication under Settings, Security after updating your password.
  • You can also log in with a magic link, no password needed for that flow.

  1. I forgot my password.
    Use the magic link option on the login page to sign in without a password, then reset it from Settings, Account.
  2. Will changing my email log me out?
    You stay logged in, but you will need to verify the new email before your account fully switches over.
  3. Can other team members see my contact details?
    Only your name shows to teammates. Email and phone stay private.
