How to use bulk actions

  1. Open the Posts page in List view.
  2. Tick the checkboxes on the rows you want to act on.
  3. A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the page.
  4. Pick the action (Approve, Regenerate, Reschedule, or Delete).
  5. Confirm.

What you can do in bulk

  • Approve, moves selected posts from Review into the publishing queue. Posts already approved are skipped automatically.
  • Regenerate, asks our content engine to rebuild the selected posts. Optionally add a feedback note that applies to every post in the batch (e.g. "warmer tone", "shorter captions"). Each regenerated post uses one regen credit from your monthly pool. Published posts are skipped.
  • Reschedule, bulk shift all selected posts to a new date and time, or distribute them across a date range. Published posts are skipped.
  • Delete, removes selected posts. Published posts are skipped (use Republish controls on the post detail page if you need to remove a live post).

What gets skipped vs done

The system never silently changes state on a post that does not make sense to touch. After a bulk action runs, you get a confirmation like:

"5 approved, 2 skipped (already published)"

so you know exactly what happened.

Regen credit usage in bulk

Bulk Regenerate is the fastest way to burn through regen credits, so the action bar shows your remaining credits before you confirm. If selecting your batch would exceed your monthly pool, the confirm button disables and tells you how many you are short. Pro accounts have unlimited regens and never see this warning.

  • Starter, can use Approve all and per post actions, but not bulk multi select.
  • Growth and Pro, full access to bulk actions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I undo a bulk action?
    You can re open each affected post and revert manually. There is no single click undo, so confirm carefully.
  2. Will bulk regenerate apply my feedback note to every post?
    Yes. The note is sent with each post in the batch.
  3. Why is the checkbox missing on a row?
    That post is in a state that cannot be bulk acted on (e.g. already published, or in production for reels).
