If a notification every time a post is generated feels like too much, the Scheduled digest is the quiet alternative. You get one summary email at the end of the week showing what is queued for the week ahead.

How to turn it on
- Open Settings, Notifications.
- Toggle Scheduled digest on.
- Optionally turn off per post notifications while you are there.
- Save.
When it sends
Sunday evening, after the weekly batch has finished generating. If your batch runs on a different day, the digest follows your batch day. One email per week, never more.
What is in it
- Post count by type: 5 feed, 5 stories, 1 reel, 1 carousel, etc.
- Pillar mix: which content pillars are being covered this week, and how many posts on each.
- Soonest publish dates: the first three posts heading out, with their scheduled times.
- A single deep link: straight to your Posts page so you can browse or review the full batch.
Pairs well with Skip client review
If you have Skip client review on, the digest is how you keep an eye on what is going out without being pulled in for individual approvals. You scan the week in one email, dive into anything that needs a closer look, and let the rest publish.
How to disable
Same toggle, off. The digest stops the following Sunday.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I get the digest as a Slack message instead?
Not yet. Email is the only channel today. - Does the digest replace post notifications?
Only if you turn the per post notifications off as well. Both toggles are independent. - Can multiple team members get the digest?
Each teammate sets their own notification preferences in Settings.
