Seats by plan

What counts as a seat
Anyone who can log in counts as a seat. Pending invitations also count (because they will be a seat once accepted), so plan accordingly.
If you hit the limit
The invite button is disabled and you see an upgrade prompt. To add more people, upgrade your plan from Settings, Billing. The upgrade is instant, and your new seats are available right away.
Downgrading
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer seats than you have team members, your account stays accessible but you cannot invite new members until you remove enough people to fit the new limit.
Important Note
- Cancelling a pending invitation frees up a seat immediately.
- Pro caps at 5 seats today. If you need more, reach out to support so we can discuss your specific case.

- Can I share one login instead?
You can, but you lose the audit trail of who did what. Separate accounts are safer. - Does a Reviewer take a seat too?
